Return/Refund Policy

Please note that due to sanitary reasons, we have implemented a no return policy. Also, as part of Neon Cuties Nail Lacquer's response to COVID-19 we will not allow returns on any items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of any issues. If you fail to notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, you will no longer qualify for an exchange of the same product or store credit. 

To start an exchange on a damaged item only, you must contact us at neoncutiesnl@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior exchange authorization will not be accepted. You must also send a photo of the damaged or incorrect item and your order number in order for the issue to be rectified. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Any further questions contact neoncutiesnl@gmail.com.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
